Personal Assistant Needed for Busy Executive

Job description:
Immediate opportunity for a part time personal assistant with advanced computer and technical skills needed to take on varied responsibilities. Must be flexible with scheduling and able to multitask.
Pay: $30 / per hour
Some examples of daily responsibilities:
Handle all personal deliveries & errands as directed
Follow-up daily until a task is 100% complete
Researching various topics and services
Schedule and attend meetings as needed for Executive
Sort, track and manage correspondence, both email and paper
Manage and file both paper and electronic records
Organizing office and house spaces as directed
Tracking and managing small business and household inventories
Answering phones
Must own a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver’s license
Excellent computer research skills -
Excellent knowledge of relevant internet apps – Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, etc
Excellent Microsoft Office skills - Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook
Must never be late
Ability to anticipate a problem and solve it before it becomes a problem
Character references
Energetic and cheerful demeanor
Estimated Hours Per Week: 25-30
